Payment and delivery terms

For each order you have to pay a certain additional freight cost depending on where you reside. When placing orders worth 500 SEK and above, we will charge nothing for freight. All purchases requires that you pay up front and you will receive an email confirmation of the order immediately once the order has been completed.

Delivery time

For Swedish customers, the delivery time is normally 3-6 days. International deliveries are normally carried out with 6-9 days. Please note that the delivery time stated above is valid for orders of products in stock. For orders of products currently out of stock, please allow up to an additional week of delivery time.

Damaged goods

If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation, Devotion Records will be hold responsible if you contact us within 14 days after you have received the goods.

Cancellation rights

When ordering goods from the website www.thisvision.se, you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after having received the goods if you contact us at about your cancellation. The goods must be in the same condition as when received and should returned in the same package as in which it arrived. The full ammount will be transferred back to your PayPal account as soon as we receive the goods. We guarantee that the goods you order are delivered in excellent condition, without any defects. Any complaints and/or claims have to be made to us within a reasonable time from when you discovered or ought to have discovered the defect. After three years, under no circumstances, no complaints or claims can be made.
